Just as We know that everything is changing, Our relationship, Our ways of communicating, Our concept and views on life issues, Our ways of seeking solutions to problems and Our ways of accomplishing things around and within us that will lead to growth for us as well as economic wise and many newer ways are emerging in all areas of life these new ways is to enable the entire Human race embrace a new way of life that is befitting for one and all.

And so also are new ways of Leaders approaching and meeting the needs of the people coupled with new ways doing things for the benefit of the entire Human race not minding country, colour, race, religion, ethnicity or financial background.

In all necessity, it is noteworthy to say that Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura is one of the outstanding Leaders whom have always accepted the new means of Leadership which entails allowing the poor masses into their cycle of friends and Leadership because He understands that every Leader must be willing to mingle and hear the opinion and views of the poor, because He knows that it is by hearing from the poor that a Leader is able to do the right thing that will benefit the poor masses.

So, Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura is therefore, the new translation of Leadership and this simply means that He has come with a new way of relating with the masses, the rich and the entire Nigerians in order to give birth to new friendly and loving atmosphere for all without being limited to any form of backward spinning instead of forward and upward growth in life for us as a nation and as a people under one God.

Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura is just like always the same humble, generous and consistent Leader who under His watch as the Governor of Nassarawa State, brought diverse transformation to the state in the area of education, job creation, road creation, He built a workable business environment, He promoted the culture of the state, He encourage fair business dealings between Citizens, Private Investors, Business Owners and the Government.

Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura is also known for His generous acts of giving to the poor and the less privileged ones in the society, many families and communities have also benefitted from diverse forms of empowerment programmes and skills acquisition programmes and several other developmental projects which were being fulfilled by Him during His term as the Governor as well as a now Senator representing Nassarawa South Senatorial District of Nassarawa State.

Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura opened up the line of effective communication between Him and the indigenes of the State, as well as other states He shared border with and also took His goodwill up to the Federal level by reiterating the need for an established workable economy not just for His state but for the entire Nigerian States, meanwhile the Leader, while still in office as the Governor, He monitored every aspect of the state with fair Leadership skills and was always on point when requested to meet the need of the people.

Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura availed Himself to the call of the people whenever His attention is needed, as the then Governor of Nassarawa State, Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura gave no room for any form of injustice and for this reason He wasn’t appreciated by those who thought they can toil with the laws, rules and regulations guiding the state so He was a man of true ruling and He ensured a just society for all.

He gave equal rights to both indigenes and visitors and He never took for granted the goodwill of the people whom He governs and He ensured that as the Governor of Nassarawa State, He made available adequate infrastructure at all levels as well as strengthening the resolve of the State Government in attending to the immediate and dire needs of the people before becoming a Senator.

It is no doubt Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura was able and capable of carrying out His profound Leadership traits as a Governor and now as a Senator He is effectively doing greatly well because He is a businessman by profession which helps Him know how to manage the affairs of the state and equally broadened the business sphere and relationship of the state with within and international investors and We all know that it takes all sense of greater responsibility and greater sense business acumen to even succeed in business and this translated to His success as a politician and not just a politician but a well-meaning politician.

It is very important for us to know that Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura didn’t go into politics for money neither did He go into politics to waste His precious time and that of the people but rather He went into politics because of His desires to see that Nigerian Citizens gets better life in all areas and without doubt He impacted the lives of the people positively and set a new trajectory for the entire Nassarawa State and the entire Nigerian Citizens at large with His innovative and inclusive Leadership traits and at the same time He knows the ins and outs of people and resources management and that made Him a complete and perfect Leader because besides having Leadership qualities that singled Him out, His business skills and prowess also gave Him the clear vision of how to make a state successful.

Senator Umaru Tanko Al-makura brought Leadership to the door step of the poor masses not minding tribes, religion or financial capabilities, He is the Leader with a New Leadership Mandate.
